Heat pump water heater

Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain heat pump boiling-up operation of high efficiency by storing sufficiently heat-exchanged circulating water in a hot water storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: This heat pump water heater comprises: a refrigerant circuit which connects a compressor 16, a water-refrigerant heat exchanger 17 and an air-refrigerant heat exchanger 19; a boiling-up circuit which connects the hot water storage tank 1 and the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 17; a load side circulating circuit which connects a heat exchanger 8 and a bathtub 15; and a tank circulating circuit which connects the hot water storage tank 1 and the heat exchanger 8. A thermistor 23 and a selector valve 22 are provided downstream of the heat exchanger 8. A by-pass circuit branched from the selector valve 22 is connected to the boiling-up circuit via a cooler 21 radiating heat to the air-refrigerant heat exchanger 19, and the selector valve 22 switches a passage flowing to the hot water storage tank 1 and a passage flowing to the by-pass circuit according to the detection value of the thermistor 23. In bath reheating operation or heating operation, low temperature water always flows into the hot water storage tank 1 to always enable heat pump boiling-up operation of high efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
【課題】貯湯タンクに十分に熱交換された循環水を貯湯し、高効率なヒートポンプ沸き上げ運転を可能にする。 【解決手段】圧縮機16、水冷媒熱交換器17及び空気冷媒熱交換器19を接続した冷媒回路と、貯湯タンク1、水冷媒熱交換器17を接続した沸き上げ回路と、熱交換器8、浴槽15を接続した負荷側循環回路と、貯湯タンク1、熱交換器8を接続したタンク循環回路とを備え、熱交換器8の下流側にサーミスタ23と切替え弁22とを設け、切替え弁22から分岐したバイパス回路は空気冷媒熱交換器19へ放熱を行う冷却器21を経由して沸き上げ回路に接続されると共に、切換え弁22はサーミスタ23の検出値に応じて貯湯タンク1へ流れる流路とバイパス回路へ流れる流路とを切替えるようにし、風呂追い炊き運転あるいは暖房運転でも、貯湯タンク1に常に低温水が流入し、常時高効率なヒートポンプ沸き上げ運転が可能となる。 【選択図】図1
