Deodorizing furnace

Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent melting loss of an inner surface of a combustion chamber to lengthen the service life of a deodorizing furnace and to reduce an operation and maintenance cost by keeping the combustion chamber internal temperature of a deodorizing furnace at about 800°C which is the temperature required for pyrolizing malodorous components. SOLUTION: The deodorizing furnace 10 leading dry exhaust gas and dry distillation gas produced in a dehydrator K and a carbonization furnace T constituting a combustible waste disposal system, into a combustion chamber 11 and heating to pyrolize malodorous components in gas, is provided with an inflow port 12a of dry exhaust gas from the dehydrator K and/or dilution air, an inflow port 12b of dry distillation gas, and an auxiliary burner 12 sequentially upward from the bottom of the combustion chamber 11 changing the height. The inflow port 12b of the dry distillation gas is additionally provided with a pilot burner 14. A part of the dry exhaust gas produced in the dehydrator K is separated, and an inflow port 12c is provided for allowing the separated dry exhaust gas to flow in from the upper part of the combustion chamber 11. 【課題】脱臭炉の燃焼室内温度が、悪臭成分の熱分解に必要な温度である800℃程度に保ち、燃焼室内面の溶損を防止し、脱臭炉の寿命を長くし維持管理費の低減をはかる。 【解決手段】可燃性廃棄物処理システムを構成する乾燥機Kと炭化炉Tで発生する乾燥排ガスと乾留ガスとを燃焼室11に導入して加熱し、これらガス中の悪臭成分を熱分解させる脱臭炉10において、上記燃焼室11の底から上方に向けて、乾燥機Kからの乾燥排ガスおよび/または希釈空気の流入口12aと、乾留ガスの流入口12bと、補助バーナー13とを高さを変えて順々に設けたもので、上記乾留ガスの流入口12bにパイロットバーナー14を付設し、上記乾燥機Kで発生する乾燥排ガスの一部を分流し、分流した乾燥排ガスを、上記燃焼室11の上部から流入させる流入口12cを設ける。 【選択図】図1
