Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved manufacturing method in which a solid electrolytic capacitor having low equivalent series resistance is capable of easily obtaining a high-density polymer outer layer that adequately covers a ridge and is capable of definitely reproducing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the solid electrolytic capacitor including a step of at least partially removing a dispersant (d) and/or curing a bond (c) and having a mean particle diameter of 70-500 nm of particles (b) in a conductive polymer contained in a dispersant (a), for a step of applying the dispersant (a) composed of the conductive polymer (b) containing polyaniline and/or polythiophene; and forming a conductive polymer outer layer, in a capacitor body including a porus electrode body of an electrode material; a dielectric covering the surface of the electrode material; and a solid electrolyte at least containing a conductive material on the surface of the dielectric. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
