Safety control system for apparatus for detoxifying organic halogen compound

Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety control system for an apparatus for detoxifying an organic halogen compound, capable of securing safety in driving. SOLUTION: The safety control system for the apparatus for detoxifying the organic halogen compound comprises: (1) a reaction tank filled with a liquid to be treated which is obtained by mixing the organic halogen compound, a hydrogen donor, and alkaline compound; (2) a transfer pump for transferring the liquid to be treated to a catalytic filling device; (3) the catalytic filling device for circulating the liquid to be treated; and (4) a microwave irradiating device for irradiating the catalyst with microwave. The system includes: a first detection means for detecting the leak of the microwave; a second detection means for detecting the abnormal generation of the microwave; a third detection means for detecting the overcurrent of the pump; a fourth detection means for detecting the degree of differential pressure in the catalytic filling device; a fifth detection means for detecting the degree of temperature in the liquid to be treated which circulates in the catalyst; a sixth detection means for detecting the rising of the solution level of the liquid to be treated; and a seventh detection means for detecting the leak of the liquid to be treated.
