Abstract

【課題】導波管の内部のガスの圧力が高まったり、あるいは、導波管の内部が負圧と加圧とに変化する際においても、導波管の高周波結合孔と当該導波管の高周波結合孔を遮蔽する気密保持用板状部材との気密状態を安定的に保持する。 【解決手段】導波管に形成された高周波結合孔を被覆するように外導体カバーが上記導波管の外壁面に電気的に短絡して設けられ、上記導波管の内部の高周波電力と結合する結合ループが上記外導体カバーの内部に設けられた方向性結合器において、導波管に形成された高周波結合孔を遮蔽する気密保持用板状部材を有し、上記気密保持用板状部材は、上記導波管の外壁面に係止される第1の係止部と上記導波管の内壁面に係止される第2の係止部とを有し、上記外壁面と上記第1の係止部とが接着され、上記内壁面と上記第2の係止部とが接着されるようにした。 【選択図】 図4
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold an air-tight state between a high-frequency coupling hole of a waveguide and an air-tightness holding plate-like member for shielding the high-frequency coupling hole of the waveguide even when a pressure of gases within the waveguide increases or even when the inside of the waveguide varies between negative pressure and positive pressure. <P>SOLUTION: A directional coupler is provided in which an outer conductor cover is provided while being electrically short-circuited to an outer wall surface of a waveguide so as to cover a high-frequency coupling hole formed on the waveguide, and a coupling loop to be coupled with high-frequency power within the waveguide is provided inside the outer conductor cover. The directional coupler includes an air-tightness holding plate-like member shielding the high-frequency coupling hole formed on the waveguide, the air-tightness holding plate-like member includes a first lock portion locked on the outer wall surface of the waveguide and a second lock portion locked on an inner wall surface of the waveguide, so that the outer wall surface and the first lock portion can be adhered and the inner wall surface and the second lock portion can be adhered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
